I liked most of the case stud of this book although some of it is flawed. Based on income levels the people could still qualify for a lot of government help based on their income alone. The book made it seem they could get zero help. Not true. I worked in welfare for many years and I know based on the income listed in this book they would qualify for a lot of help.
