Is there a PBS mobile app?  I can't find it in the app store.  I have a ton of books to get rid of.  I would like to be able to scan the bar code and cull out the wish list books before I go to the UBS.  Any suggestiosns?  Thanks!

All of the apps have been written by members.  With a price tag.  I was not happy with the one I tried.  

PBS does have a mobile format, at the bottom of the page, under the Search.  It is basically a slimmed down page.  

Could you use a scanner to make a comma sorted list of ISBNs?  The post book page has an upload list option.  

Oh.  After rereading your question, you will want to upload the list into your Reminder List to separate the WL books.

Try PBS wishing.

I use the free version of PBS Wishing for Android and have been pretty satisfied with it.  It's not always up-to-date, so if you scan a book and there is only one wisher that person may not still be wishing for it when you post, but other than that, it's been a great tool to have when I've been out in the thrift stores and at garage sales.

ETA: I'm not sure if there is a version for the iPhone, so if that's the platform you need, you may be out of luck.

I found one called "Mobile Book Swap" and it uses the PBS logo. I haven't tried it yet, so I can't say how well it works.

It's ok if you just want something that you can use to scan and see # of wishers and stuff.  But don't count on it for much else.  The developer created it, promised exciting things, then dropped it.   I really don't see it worth the money, and I would wind up using the slimmed down version of the website.

I got it.  And I rather use Safari with the mobile format.  The version I had showed buttons which did not actually click.  Not updated.   I used it to check WL numbers when out, but not much else.

The app was not made by PBS. 

I bought the app for the ability to scan barcodes to post books  but its not working at all.  :(  2 bucks blown unless someone can tell me how to "authorize" it. 

Alyssha, if you're talking about the iPhone app, all you have to do is log into your PBS account via the app, and then it will be authorized.
