I read this book years ago and just had to purchase it again. It is a story of undying love and magic. The imagery and the endless possibilities that this book represents will keep you turning the pages. Sorry folks, this one will stay on my bookshelf! If you have the opportunity to read this story, I highly recommend doing so.

A Moment in Time is a rhapsody of desire and danger, of adventure and intrigue, of passion and the white-hot limits of ecstasy, the kind of novel that only bestselling author Bertrice Small can create.

This is not your typical Bertrice Small novel. The story is great, but there is so much loss and unhappiness with very little of the sensual side she usually writes.

I don't often read a book twice, but I have read this one several times and plan on reading it several more. I have my mothers original hardcover copy that she gave me in 1992 and it is all tattered and has been taped together just so I can hold on to it.
Reading this book takes me through all the emotions possible and I still cry everytime! This is one "love Story" I will share with my daughters when they are old enough.

Published in 1991. Set in mideval Wales, this is a love story that echoes thru several life times, based on a curse by the Queen of the Fair Folk.

Not my favorite Beatrice Small book, but it's okay.
