My daughter has an account, which proved very helpful while she was in college.  However, she hasn't been reading much lately and it doesn't pay for her to pay for a membership.  The credits she has she can transfer to me, but what about the cash she has put in for postage?  Can she have that transfered to me as well (I actually put the cash in her account)?

Unfortunately, PBS money is non-transferable. She can use it toward a marketplace order or stay as a la carte and let the funds cover any WL books that might come in or any books she chooses to order in the future.

Have her send in Feedback and talk to the PBS Team about it.

Yes, I know the Team has been willing to transfer PBS money to someone else's account.  It's worth asking them.  They will also transfer it to her DVD or CD sister account, if she has one.

Even if they are not willing to transfer the money you could get her password leave the money on there and then when you get an order, use her send to a friend option and put the persons address there and use the money up that way. I think. I might be missing something that would make that not work.
