Mr. Caesar shares with readers his extensive research into the mad adventure of a WWI vet at loose ends who wanted to climb Mt. Everest after crashing his plane as far up the mountain as he could get. This was in 1933 and he flew from England to Nepal in short hops. Luckily for his biographer, Mr. Wilson left behind diaries and wrote many letters.
