Elizabeth, it takes 1 hour before the request goes thru. Go to your bookshelf and there should be a note next to the title that says, "Pending 1 hour"

Yeah, I waited all day before I posted that (checked out the times). But we got it straigtened out. Thanks for the tip though :)
