Book #4 in a series. I have not read the other books, but I certainly intend to read them soon. The main character, Adrian Monk, is an "obsesive, compulsive" detective. The book is also based on a popular TV show, which, I have not seen, since I do not watch television. Lots of laugh out loud humor in this book. A very quick read that would be an ideal traveling companion on a plane. Enjoy!

While still interesting, this was the most contrived plot of the series so far. It was very obvious who the "evil one" was and how that person's motives were developed.
