Excellent book, read for Sonlight homeschool curriculum. Mr Popper is read in most schools elementary for its literary style and 1-3rd grade reading level.

Great read aloud with my children!
A favorite with my children. Simple, fantastic storytelling with much situation humor to delight in.
You know a book is good when your 6 and 9 year olds laugh out loud and beg you to repeat sections because they love it! This is a sweet wonderful read. I think it is part of Sonlight K or 1 - or was several years ago.
