I have way too much scrapbooking stuff and thought about organizing a scrapbooking buddy swap or a elephant swap. I wonder if We have any interest? I will talk to the moderators.

I saw that someone is doing a swap for new stuff, but are you guys talking about getting out some of the stuff we know we aren't going to use?? What about listing the items you have that you would be willing to mail to someone and then others can do the same. Ya know, don't list it unless you are willing to mail it, etc. A list might look like this (and these are just things I am making up b/c my stuff isn't in front of me) 8 ballet stickers 6 football stickers (team color red) star shaped hole punch July copy of Creating Keepsakes magazine (not pristine, It's been read, but still great shape)
etc. etc. then you could edit off the things people requested. we could try to request multiple items from the same person to save on shipping, etc. It wouldn't really take a moderator. what thinks you? Dena |

Did anyone start anything up here? That'd be useful to me to get rid of those half used sheets of stickers that I no longer have a use for. Right now, I'm not interested in receiving scrapbooking stuff, but I have plenty to share. If anyone would be willing/able to exchange a few book credits for new-in-package (and/or some opened items), I'd be more than happy to oblige. I hit the EK Success warehouse sale about 2 years ago, and I'm never going to reach the bottom of the pile! |
