Is there a way to know before you accept an order if one person has ordered more than one of your books? |

If a member has ordered multiple books from you, and done it the correct way, directly from your shelf, it will show up as a "bulk order" for you - meaning only one label to print. If they have not done this, though, than no, you can't know if the same person has ordered multiple books from you until after you accept the requests. |

Depending upon what you are asking, the answer is yes. If a member is ordering more than 1 book from you, the system will alert you to the multiple order request. In the tab that says "requested from me" there will be a notice stating something along the lines of "A member has requested the following books from you". If you are wondering if the current request is from someone who has ordered from you in the past, I believe the answer would be no. |

It automatically bulk orders requests from the same person now. It used to only do this if they used the Order More From Member button at the same time as ordering the 1st book. But it does now if they order later. If you print out the label then it might not do it as a bulk order anymore. It's one of the reasons I don't print a label immeditately. |

Yep, I noticed that too--I had two orders from the same person, but they didn't use the "order more from member" section--one order was done several hours before the second one. But when I went to print the label it did ask me if I wanted to put them together as they were from the same person, which I thought was great! Cheryl |
