This book starts out well-enough. She starts by describing how a person plays many different roles that often do not seem to be related at all; however, she takes it a step further by saying that these roles are actually completely separate personalities. This would have been more believable if the author had actually bothered to choose good examples to prove her theory.

Part 2 includes quizzes that one can fill out and chart out to identify the attributes of each 'person'. These quizzes can just as easily be adapted to 'roles', rather than persons. Near the end, it has an exercise on how to create projections of those persons and have dialog between them all. I think that the second portion of this book may be helpful for just about anybody, especially if one sometimes feel like they aren't acting like themselves.
