You go, girl! Just take it a day and a pound at a time! Don't give in and don't give up!

My favorite guru, Jessie Ahroni, who is a practicing Nurse Practicioner in a Weight Loss clinic somewhere in the northwest says if you do most of what you are supposed to do most of the time you will lose weight.  She also says something to the effect that the greatest cause for the loss of what you want most is settling for what you want now.  That was a very profound statement to me - if I settle for a Snickers now, I will not get the weight loss I want.  I had lapband surgery 2 years ago and I have lost 80lbs, still have some to go, but have continued to lose the whole time.  I wish you well with your journey.
