Some say years BUT there are Complains on the B&N Forums that some are Dying within WEEKS!

No harm in having an extra battery around! I have extras for EVERYTHING I can put batteries in!

We saw that friday and bought it...though unfortunately we don' t think it will work for the nook colour we bought so will have to be returned :( So far as I can tell there is no way to change the battery on the colour Nook

Best Buy has replacement batteries for the E-Ink NOOKs (SKU 9875521) on sale at $9.95, including the little screwdriver. Regular price is $29.95, so this is a deal.

Some say years BUT there are Complains on the B&N Forums that some are Dying within WEEKS!
