This is where we post our wishes - maybe things we collect, something we can no longer find in our area, things we have always wanted etc, etc. No wish is too unusual (though common sense is appreciated!); you never know what will turn up.

We must all abide by these PBS rules :
You may not wish for money or money-like items such as gift cards or unused stamps, or for monetary donations for any charities.  You may ask for things you collect for charities, such as cancelled stamps, pop can tabs, etc., but you may not solicit funding. This includes donations for 'gofundme' and other fund-raising events.
No buying or selling or advertising. No spam posts.
No wishing for credits.  Credits are bought, sold and loaned only in the Book Bazaar forum, or use the PBS Kiosk to purchase.
Do NOT ask for books, since books are swapped on the site and book deals are made in the Book Bazaar. Sorry, but you may not ask for free books of any kind. (Unpostable books are given away in the damaged book thread of the Bazaar and sometimes in the RAOK thread.  There is also a Damaged/Unpostable Virtual Box in the Games forum.)

Our own RAOK rules: 
Please do not offer payment for the things you are sent, including postage. RAOKs are given freely, asking nothing in return except a thank you. You could pay it forward by granting a wish yourself.
Please limit your wishes to no more than 10. Lists could get very long. You can always edit as you go along.
Unlike many other forums, we ask that you do NOT reply within the threads. We do everything by PMs between members. This keeps the threads clutter-free and easy to use. When you come to this ***I Wish*** thread, you see wishes. In the ***RAOK*** thread, it's all about things we are giving away - simple and easy. And to protect your privacy, please do not post your address in the thread - it's all done via PM.
Please check in and answer your PMs. It's frustrating when people want to grant your wishes and don't hear from you!
PLEASE say THANK YOU to the person who grants your wish.  You may use our monthly ***Thank You*** thread, or you may acknowledge what you have received via a personal PM to the member(s) who granted your wishes. This is very important if you wish to continue to receive things from others.

Tips:

Happy November everyone! I hope it’s a wonderful month for you. 

My wishes this month are: 

 Anything My Little Pony for the little one. That’s her current obsession! Haha.  She loves all the ponies but her favorite is Twilight Sparkle.

 Any girl clothes size 5T (she’s actually only 3 but tall for her age) and it’s ok if they need little mending. 

 Anything connected to Disney’s Snow White (I collect it)

 This one is my long shot wish this month. A black or silver looking locket necklace. Doesn’t have to be anything fancy, just able to hold a lock of hair. 

We just picked our Secret Pal's for the holidays.  Mine listed that she's always wanted to visit Maine.  Since I can't give her that ($15 budget ), I thought someone might be willing to send her a postcard from Maine.  I would provide her name/address and if you would simply write "Wish You Were Here" on it and don't sign it, I would be grateful!  Please PM me for particulars.  GRANTED by Vicky T!!

Adult size hair bows of any color or pattern. The clip on the back must be able to hold thick curly adult hair. I usually go for clips that are at least 2.5" long or more to ensure it. I love my bows, match them to every outfit, and wear them every day. A long shot would be a denim one and/or a blood-red/dark red one. Thank you.

My wish for November involves everyone who takes part of these wishes and give aways.  I would like each person to think of at least one thing each day to be thankful for and write it on a slip of paper. On Thanksgiving, after everyone has settled from celebrating, sit and read those slips of paper.  I think each of us will be surprised by all the things we truly have to be thankful for, even in these hard times.

I'm a participant in filling shoeboxes for Operation Christmas Child through Samaritan's Purse.  I've posted a link if you'd like more information on the project.  I have my shoeboxes filled for this year but am looking forward to doing it again November 2018.  Between now and then, I'll be collecting items through clearance sales, etc.

My wish is if you have anything you think could be added to the boxes: small toys, jewelry/hair items for girls, stickers, notepads, school supplies, etc but don't want to do a complete shoebox;  I'd be happy to take donations to add to the shoeboxes our church fill. I can also use scrap ribbons, plastic pouches, etc for craft items for the boxes or packing.   You can browse the website to see what kinds of items can be added to the boxes.....

My husband's adopted sister, Dana, age 53, died Saturday night under suspicious circumstances. The coroner's report found no signs of violence nor possible heart attack as her therapist feared.......toxicology report could take up to 6 weeks.  She had been a drug user off and on over the past 25 years so it's possible her new heart medication interacted with something she took illegally.  Her 3 kids are in their 20's and have been estranged from her recently. We pray her soul is at peace after a very difficult life and her kids are able to bond as a family.
