All reasonable offers accepted! I find it easier to let people figure out a combination which works for them.
Please note that Generation Undead is now unavailable. I forgot to remove it from my bookshelf earlier and someone else ordered it. I'm waiting for her to cancel the order before I remove it. I've rechecked all the orders and believe that my bookshelf is up to date. Thanks for all the the orders so far. I am off to bed now but will recheck this post in the morning. Good night.
