While containing all the story text of the original, this edition of the book is quite small (about 5 inches square). Since I didn't realize they even made one that small, I was a bit disappointed.
I love this book! It is fun to read, with cute illustrations. It holds my toddler's attention, and is one of the books he brings me repeatedly to read to him. It has fast, fun rhymes and is a very laughable story.
Don Wood draws the most amazing pictures. They are funny and gorgeous. Audrey Wood has such a great sense of humor and the stories she tells always make me smile. I love this book. I teach at a preschool and it is one of our favorites there as well.
This is a cute little book. I have read it to my children repeatedly and they enjoyed it very much. We have experienced a similar sort of awakening at our house, due to those pesky fleas, minus the mouse of course! I highly recommend this book!
This is a short, simple little story and it cracks my son up! My mom read it to my niece and insisted I get it for my son. I'm so glad I did. He loves the story and the first time we read it, I had to do it 6 times in a row. I think it's because of all the chaos that ensues.
Very cute, the illustration is perfect for the story and I recommend this book to anyone with a child. My son is 3 and a half and loves when people fall down, etc....so this was great to him.
