This book was extremely helpful both in using natural ways to not get pregnant and in reversing the method in order to get pregnant. Using 4 ways to know fertility, it helps you accurately chart your cycle and know when you are fertile. A friend used this book for 7 years to not get pregnant and then reversed it when they wanted kids and wala, pregnant. We started our family sooner, but definately highly recommend this book!
