got a book today and had a question on the spine...it is iffy...so, took a picture and now I can't get it to post

I can see the picture Christy.  I think this one is right on the border between postable and unpostable.  If I received a book like this, I'd probably just mark it received (no rwap) but I probably wouldn't resend it.   I'll be interested in what others say, as I've gotten a few books that look similar to this.  Spine problems are the hardest for me to determine whether I should RWAP or not.

My opinion---no RWAP.  It's not completely separated from the spine and the pages appear to be intact, though yes there are some holes. 

think I'll probably just mark it received and since it has a nice size wishlist just list it in the genre forum and send it that way where the receiver will know the issue in advance.

I hate spine issues, they  just aren't clear cut.
