Why is my account balance NEGATIVE?
This happens when you mark a lost or Canceled book received from your Transaction Archive, but do not have any credits.
If a book arrives that was previously declared Lost in the mail en route to you, you have NOT paid for that book.
If a book arrives that was involved in a canceled transaction, again you have NOT paid for that book.
In either case, if you have no credits when you mark a Lost or Canceled book received, your account will go into a negative balance: you have received more books than you had credits to pay for.

If not, go to your credit registry (on the horizontal yellow bar on your My Account page) and see if you can figure it out there. If you can't, copy and paste the info there and send a PM to a tour guide. He or she can help you figure out what happened.

This can also happen if you only have 1 credit but order an audio book which costs 2 credits. This happened to me today. I didn't realize I only had 1 credit when I ordered it, it went ahead and processed it, and then showed -1 as my credit balance.
