Neifi Perez of the Tigers becomes the first MLB player to be suspended 80 games under the new policy.  He tested positive for a drug stimulant.  80 games means this was his third positive test.

Wow.  I think I read something about that.  He has failed three drug tests?  Wouldn't you think he would learn after failing the first one?
