I'm sure this is the same person. If so, they won't be able to mail or receive any books. Arifgph G sorry, but this book club is restricted to only US members. It's too cost prohibitive for members to mail books out of the US states.

Yes some links are allowed in signatures. No links to commercial sites, sites with fundraising, blogs, or anything asking for any kind of money is allowed. Obviously nothing against the sites overall Terms of Use or Help Center rules is allowed in the signature lines.

While non-US members are not allowed to swap if they have no way to receive books at a US postal address, the site has said in the past that they were allowed to partake in the Forums.

It also says he's from Bangladesh not that he currently lives there.  Or he could know someone in the US he wants to send books to, and buy credit like others do.
