I joined the other day, have over 60 books posted, but haven't received my 2 free credits...Any way I can contact administration??? Thanks for your time! :) |

There is a link at the bottom of every page (under Company) that says "Contact Us" |
If you or anyone in your household has had an account before then you wouldn't get them. |
But if a previous tenant at your address was a member, then you need to tell them. They won't give the credits if you live with another member. But they do realize that folks do move into houses or rentals where members have moved out of. |

Having another account at the same address for PaperbackSwap is not applicable....I was the first to sign up for this site, although hubby belonged to SwapaDVD first. It doesn't say anywhere that I wouldn't get the book credits if we were a memeber of one of the sister sites as well. ????? |

A SwapADVD account wouldn't cause it. I would send in Feedback and the Team can clearly see what is making it look like there are two household accounts. Maybe hubby signed up for here too when he joined the DVD site and forgot? |

I believe I got a New Mem question from Rochelle. I think I was thinking if PBS, Swap a CD and Swap a DVD are all under the "parent company" then if you join PBS and hubby joins swap a DVD, it is two different but one main company. I might have told Rochelle wrong..two accounts...one household.... 2 spouses causes???? Last Edited on: 8/28/10 5:25 PM ET - Total times edited: 1 |

A single member can get the sign up credits on all 3 sites so if her husband got the DVD credits, either one of them can still get the PBS credits. It would just matter if he also signed up for a PBS account. |

Do you live in an apartment building or multi-family home? Sometimes multi-family units will show the same IP address for different units even though each one has seperate internet accounts. Or something like that. Anyway that was given as an explination on here before as a possible reason for the system to think you weren't the 1st account in your household. You need to contact PBS to find out why. |

Go to Community members and look up his name and it will show if he has an account or if he has had an account. |

Yeah, I forgot to comment about that, but we've been living here for almost 9 years now!!! And, we own our home....no aparment or multi-family unit envloved.... |

Yes, I submitted feedback under the "Contact Us" link below....Can anyone tell me where I'd find a response to it? Would it just be sent as a PM back to me??? |

You normally get an email about any feedback. If you haven't already done so, look under your club communications just to be sure it didn't get lost. Remember they are handling thousands of members so it might take them a day or so to get to you. |
Any other suggestion??? I sent another "feedback", but nothing... |

Rochelle - check your Club Communications and see if the email did not get through to your inbox. You might also want to check on the Settings page to see what address is listed there, maybe there is a problem with your email. To get to Club Communications, go to your My Account tab and look in the yellow submenu, it should be about the middle. You would see an email to you titled something like Re: Your Feedback in the list. Settings will also be in that submenu. Just to confirm, when you send in Feedback you used the Contact Us link in the lower right under Company and clicked on the Feedback button or clicked on Help Center and then Contact The PBS Team right? Sometimes people end up sending emails to Richard's address. Also, did you look into your Credit Registry and confirm that the start up credits do not show up in there anywhere? Just to give you an idea how long feedback can take, I sent in feedback on an issue on July 31 and just got a response on Aug. 19. Granted, it was not an earth-shattering or urgent issue....just a little glitsch I ran across and wanted to be sure TPTB knew about it. But I'm sure they get hundreds of "Feedback" emails every day and it can take a while to get to them all. I do appreciate that fact that they did eventually write back. |

Anytime I have sent in questions to PBS, I've gotten a response in no less then 3 days and quick as 2 hours. |
I've always gotten a response from the PBS team in 24 hrs or less. |

I believe they must be in the middle of something as we have at least 2 new members looking to come onto the Data Corrections team, and have been waiting for 5 & 3 days. This is very unusual as they almost always approve people within 2-3 days. So, if you've sent in 2 feedbacks already, I'd just give them some time to get to you. Also, feedback is answered by volunteers as well as is Live Help, so you are not waiting on a person getting a paycheck, they are giving of their time freely to answer your questions. Just a thought to keep in mind. |

They might be really busy now because there seems to have been a lot of glitches lately. people have been reporting various troubles. I had soem myself and submitted feedback. I haven't checked my email thought to see if they responded. The problem was fixed quickly and I think was related to whatever technicalities they were having over the weekend. |

If i send in feedback, then I will at least get a " we have received your question/request. We will be answering in in the next 36 hours..and they always have. |
