So does the "Visible Damage" mean it's postal machine damage or poor wrapping? I will be able to tell I guess when I get it. Not forward to getting damaged books.

Visible damage could be anything, an opened packaging due to poor wrapping, liquid damage due to someone elses poor packaging

11/18/2010 11:30 AM - Visible Damage - ALLEN PARK,MI

Today is November 28th and I still haven't received these two books. Allen Park is only 1/2 hour a way from us at the most. It doesn't look at though I will ever receive them and they will go lost. I'm still curious as to what the "visible damage" is.

Ask your post office, they might be able to check on it.
