This book has a lot of information about what the Democrats proposed to do about the climate crisis, economy, and national security. Bill Bradley is a bright man who should get back into politics. Some of his ideas are about to be implemented or so it seems with respect to the automobile industry. It is really an interesting book.
My local Democrats book group read Bradley's book last year, along with both of Obama's two books and many others by leading Democrats. Of any we read, I found Bradley's to be the most informative and practical -- not just a statement of aims and values, but with very sensible and concrete suggestions for puttings policies into practice. Although an Obama supporter, I found it better in that regard than Audacity of Hope --- and indeed HOPE that Obama has read it and that Bradley will have a say in the new administrations.
This book is essential political reading not only for Democrats, but for everyone who wishes that the U.S. would better meet the needs of its people.........
