I just signed up for box-o-books a day or two ago and am delighted but innundated by all the offers.  I am struggling to keep up.

Now I also have a problem.  I was browsing two box offers last evening and put one request in my box.  Then I clicked on save.  I thought I could go back in the morning and add other books to my request since they had asked for several books from my shelf.  I found more books I want but it doesn't appear that I can edit my box.  How do I deal with this?  I looked through help but it doesn't say anything about adding books to a box once it is saved.  I am assuming you can't do this.

Do I need to decline the offer, write her a pm of explanation, and start over again?  I'll make sure not to save the box next time until it is definitely done.

Also, does the deluge of offers stop once you get past the first week or so?  I have 650 books on my shelf so have lots to offer but I couldn't afford to send out this many boxes each week either in time or money.

OK - I did figure out one thing.  The one box where I can't add anything has already been "accepted" by the boxer.  The other boxes that were not yet accepted I can still edit and add books.  So it looks as if my problem is just with the one box that was accepted before I finished putting books in.  (I only had one book in the box.)

Is declining her box and sending a note of explanation the best way to handle this?

yes, I would decline and explain that you are new to boxing.  If there are more books you want then just ask if they are ok with starting the transaction over again.

Sharon, try deleting the book from your box.  That should then "open" your box back up, and you should be able to add back the book you deleted, as well as add others to your box.

Thanks!  For some strange reason, I couldn't delete because the other boxer had already accepted.  I wrote her (she's also new to boxing) and we started over from scratch.
