I have a convection oven and it's great when you're cooking more than one thing on multiple racks.  Actually you can cook most anything on convection.   It cooks more evenly since the fan is circulating the air.  My oven also has a meat probe and you set the temp for your meat and it beeps when the meat has reached to correct temp.  It's really neat.

I have a Jenn Air and I love it.  It takes approx 25% less time to roast or bake with convection.  I don't bake cakes and pastry with convection though - things don't rise properly.

Your oven should have a tips section in the manual.  I don't know of any cookbooks that pertain to convection ovens.

Unfortunately, there were no tips in the manual.  :-(

I have one and have had to go online to find times and temps for things. I can usually find them though.

They do a great turkey and I hear baking is amazing in one although I'm not much of a baker. I say that right before I have to go home and back a gingerbread cake for Mother's Day dessert. Wish me luck! lol

I can't believe there isn't a cookbook out there so I'm going to make a concentrated effort to find one. If I do, I'll let you know.
