My washer & dryer have both decided to stop working in the same week.  Due to their advanced age I was advised to buy new rather than repair.  Do any of you have any reccommendations, complaints, or general advice on the new washers & dryers now on the market?

Once youhave an idea wht you want, my suggestion would be to look for a "scratch & dent" store, or, try buying a floor model.  This way you can save a lot of $$ froa few cosmetic flaws.
