Decent into to paleo/healthier eating with moderation written by an older guy who has been there/tried that with other things before he came up with this sustainable approach. Great beginner information manual similar to The Paleo Solution (highly recommended!) that I borrowed from my local library. Good reminder to have moderation in everything and to not be too regular with diet and exercise, as that breeds familiarity, too. Recommends lots of supplements that may or may not help you/be necessary, but if you want to further hedge your bets against aging poorly, can't hurt too much except your wallet. As with many other "diets" out there (and I've read up on the Zone Diet, Eat Right 4 Your Type, some Atkins, South Beach, Paleo and more), it comes down to getting away from processed foods, eating natural things you can pronounce (lean meat, lots of vegetables, some fruits, nuts and seeds) and getting some exercise, with weight/strength training being highly recommended....
