The New Jersey coast is close to home for me, and I am very familiar with the locations written about in New Jersey Shipwrecks, so of course this book has sentimental value...but for anyone interested in the days of sail, shipwrecks, or maritime history, this book is a must have. Contains accounts of wrecks along the treacherous Jersey coast from 1642 to today.

Great old photos, and often gripping tales of storms, rescues, death, piracy...great coffee table book, especially for your beach house!
