This is a great cookbook. All the recipes are meat-free, but the book's not just for vegetarians. There are foods in here for everyone and most of the recipes can be adapted easily for whatever your tastes are, whether you want to add meat or make gluten-free dish. There are also suggestions for making things low-fat or dairy-free. I use this cookbook all the time.
The hand-written font and illustrations give this book a homey feeling. I love flipping through it for ideas.
