I need help finding my sister a new series to read.  I finally got her into reading with Kelley Armstrong's series.  Since I haven't read the series yet I don't know what to give her next.  I think the only other things shes read for pleasure has been the Anne Rice vampire books.  Any suggestions?  Thanks in advance.

I would add Simon R. Green.

I'm reading the Nightside, Secret History, Ghost Finders and Hawk & Fisher series at the moment.

I definitely agree with Jeaniene Frost! She has such well developed characters and great world building.

Karen Chance (Cassie Palmer) is another one of my favs! Not your typical Urban Fantasy which is refreshing.

For a very different take on vampires she might enjoy Ilona Andrew's Magic series - Magic BitesMagic BurnsMagic Strikes,   Magic Bleeds, Magic Morns (in Must Love Hell Hounds)  and the not yet released Magic Slays

Nalini Singh's Psy-Changeling series is FANTASTIC.  I read the first 2 books a few years ago and although I liked them I didn't have the urge to pick up the third until recently.  Now I'm so hooked, I've read almost the entirety of the series in the past week.  Amazon must be loving me right now because I can't even wait to get them from PBS, I just keep ordering them for my kindle.

C T Adams & Cathy Clamp have two series...Touch of Evil, Touch of Madness and Touch of Darkness (Thrall Series( and their Tales of the Sazi series..currently 8 books in the series...excellent series doesnt get enough credit. Highly recommend

Would also recommend Jacquelyn Frank's Nightwalker Series they are pretty easy to come by here. Would also recommend the Blood Lines series by Maria Lima as well as Kara Gillian series by Diana Rowland and the Final Prophacy series by Jessica Andersen...excellent plots and well developed characters in all these recommendations..hope it helps.
