Hi Alexandria--

Welcome to PBS!  Your first stop should be the Help Center, which can decribe the sending and receiving process, along with many other mysteries of PBS life.  Just use the Help Center tab up at the top of your screen.

When someone requests a book from your shelf, you'll get an email notifying you and you'll see the request on your "My Account" page.

Cheers,

Catt

Welcome Alexandria!

Like Catt said, at the top of this page, under "Help Center" use the pull down menu to get to "How to Swap Books?".  This will give you a basic overview of the process.  The Help Center is a great resource.

And it's a good idea to get into the practice of checking your Main Account page everytime you log on to PBS.  It's located at the top of this page under "My Account" and use the pull down menu to get to "Main".  This page will show all you open transactions and anything that needs attention.  Books requested, books to be mailed, etc.  This is the page where you will go to see who wants your book, where to print the address label, mark a book mailed or received, etc.

Log in to PBS?  Heck, just make it your home page and live here like some of the rest of us :-)

Cheers,

Catt

Welcome. I have ordered a book from your shelf, so that you can experience what it is like. (It could be an hour, or so, before the order shows up.

Welcome,

You should get an e-mail telling you someone wants one of your books.  Just view the message and follow the instructions.  No worries, you have five days.
