I ordered books from two different members on 9/21. Both requests were accepted (and I'd communicated with both members as the orders were Bazaar multiple book sales where I ordered a book and they removed other books from their shelves as it was 2/1 or 3/1). This a.m. at approx 3 a.m., both requests were cancelled and my points returned, the transaction archive showing no response by the specified time?! Not quite two days... I just emailed both members telling them I did not cancel and still want the deal, and asking them to let me know if the ordered book has returned to their shelf so I can reorder, but this seems mighty hasty!! They have more time than that to mail them? |

The same thing just happened to me - I posted a similar question a moment ago. There's definitely a bug somewhere. I just messaged TPTB. |

Yeah it cancelled 2 of myoutgoing requests. One was for a book that has been on my shelf for several months-not happy about that one. I was so excited when a credit order came in for it. For the OP who ordered books on a deal-make sure it didn't request those books from someone else. They wouldn't be obligated to do a deal and you can't cancel once they print the wrappers.

I complained too. If this is a new feature, or a change in the timing they allow, I'm not in favor of it. I'm probably drop my membership since I can only mail out once a week. |

Since I was (oddly) awake when it happened, I PM'd both members. They have put the book I'd ordered back, and I reordered. I hope the fix doesn't reorder the books for me from someone else. One also had WL orders cancelled. This was a pita. |
