I'm a little confused. Is this replacing the "hold" feature in some way? Or is it for those books you either forgot to put on hold, or came up faster than you thought or something along those lines? I mean, it's not supposed to be used in lieu of the hold button, right? I guess that's what I'm trying to ask! lol Clicking the Not Now button will decline that copy of the book but KEEP the book on hold on your Wish List, without losing its position in the Wish List line. The capitalized "KEEP" is what threw me off -- if the book is on hold already it should never even be posted to my wish list so do you mean the action will put it on my WL? You don't mean that we're going to start being offered books that we already have on hold?

I believe the button will appear when you are offered the book, which is different from the "hold" button on our wish list. So if you are offered a book but don't have a credit now, you can hit "not now" and you won't lose your spot in line. The book will go back onto your wish list, but on hold. (It "keeps" the book on your wish list, but now it's on hold.") Last Edited on: 8/25/11 3:46 AM ET - Total times edited: 1 |
