Ummm.....what do you mean by "The new Wish List rules".  AFAIK, the rules haven't changed.

The only place where you might have seen some New Wishlist Rules is in the "Wishlist Multiples" Thread in this forum.  They are explained in detail in the thread.

Well since I'm here.  Is there something specific you struggling with.  A general question will get a general response to go look in the help center.  If you can be more specific with your ?? maybe we can pin point the answer for you.

There are some proposed Wish List changes that have been in the works for a long time. No need to go though much work to understand them at this point because who knows when or even if they will ever go into effect.
