I am a writer who had one book published with NO idea how to reasonalby and cheaply get it out.  Those who have read it really like it.  I'd like others to read it.  How do I get this book out?

Where have you submitted it?

It depends where you submitted it. Has it been promoted, such as posters in bookstore windows? You should find a way to get it in bookstores nationwide. What is the title? And what genre is it? I would like to read it.

Send a  signed copy to the library with a letter telling them how to buy more, also do a book signing at a library and a talk about your book and how you wrote it.  You can also approach local books stores and see if they are interested in helping promote a local author.   If you live in a small town then try emailing or contacting the local newspaper to tell them of your good fortune of getting a book published.

Though if the book is self published you might find it harder to promote as people seem to have negative ideas about that process.

Also see if you can get an agent or publicist.

Have you tried iuniverse? I have ordered one book from them and the service was good. They seem to be very interested in helping writers find publication.
