Where/How do I read this?

I get in it my email each month. You can go to settings and check the box saying you'd like to receive it.

If you go to your Club Communications link, on your Main Account page, on the yellow stripe at the top of the page, and click on News Letter Archive at the top of the page that opens you can read all the NewsLetters there.

You may want to check your Settings, also linkable on your Account, and Under News Letter settings, make sure that Yes is checked. You may also want to check your junk email box on the email account you registered with. If it is in your junk box, add librarian@paperbackswap.com to your list of safe senders so you will receive your emails from PBS.
