Nicholas Nickleby
Author: Charles Dickens
Charles Dickens' depictions of Dotheboys Hall and its mean-spirited headmaster, Squeers, of the benevolent Cheeryble Brothers, of the innocent Kate, and, of course, of the high-spirited Nicholas himself form a classic novel that is at once a rich social satire and a sobering social commentary.

Excellent for the book collector. Good, if dated, bibliography and biographical with critical studies included in this 1983 edition. For the Dickensian, this is a very good mid-level research tool.
