Cole Denver was an impossible enignma, Chalis Quinn decided. 1 moment he was charming, funny & definately interested in her; the next, he was curt, infuriating, & even downright nasty! The attraction between them was disturbingly apparent, but with Cole's passions running hot & cold, Chalis wasn't sure she'd stick around to find out what kept this man from letting her into his life. Still, maybe their pets knew something they hadn't yet figured out...for Chalis's fluffy little Shih Tzu had taken to cole right away, & his huge white huskies raced to her for petting even before they joyfully attacked their master!
