Pretty entertaining. Not one of the best vampire books I've read, but enjoyable nonetheless.

Good plot although there's a lot of repeat. The author seems compelled to repeat a scene from both the hero and the heroines viewpoint.

All told I enjoyed the story, started/finished in hours, and laughed/cried right along with the characters.

In a time of revolution and turmoil, Simone and Michael find love and trust in each other despite the difficulties of a human/vampire relationship. The detail in this novel is amazing and will keep you guessing up to the very last page.
