Awesome read! Perfect mix of horror, "end of the world by virus", likable characters, intrigue, humor and sorrow...I love Ronald Malfi books. He is a great writer!
I highly recommend!

This is my 2nd book by this author, my first was COME WITH ME which I loved. I liked this one but I didn't love it. It's a suspenseful, somewhat gruesome tale that kept me on edge frequently. I enjoyed the narration and was intrigued by the story but I felt a bit let down by the ending. (I listened to the audio book but it is not listed here.) Still, I will check out his other books.
I struggled with what rating to give this book, so I decided on only 2*
Starting this book I thought 'oh good a creepy thriller' but no that didn't happen
It's another story of a mystery plague that you don't how it starts or what cure there is for it other than in this case it might be the girl, but you have to struggle thru 475 pages and at the end you don't have a satisfied feeling for reading it
It was around page 250 that I started struggling with it, it just started to get more stupid and draggy with each page and it got tiresome trudging thru each page after that point
This was a real disappointment to me because I had hoped for a thriller but instead got nothing from it at all
I can never gage what his books will be and now I'm getting more leery about his writing so I'll probably drop him from 'have to have' list
