On the front of the book it states 'a novel of suspense'---really? I didn't find any of that throughout the entire book and the last half I just skipped and skimmed.
Even though it takes place in the '60's & 80's Hollywood era, I felt there was just too much name dropping that made it kind of sleazy.
I guess the plot of the story was to discover who really did the killing in the 60's but I didn't find any suspense to it.
So I'd have to say this is just a ho hum, hum drum kind of book to pass a rainy day and other than that it really isn't worth your time.

This was an entertaining, who done it, set in the times of 1985 Hollywood. I love Hallie Ephron novels and this one did not disappoint me.
