This is my first book by this author, so I had no expectations going into it. What I came out with was an easy, fairly predictable, warm romance. The drama with Caitlin's fears felt a tad constructed, and seemed to go on far too long than a woman of her intelligence would have normally allowed. Cameron shaded a little too close to the perfect side, but together, there was a definite appeal that helped to compensate for some of the novel's shortcomings. Good for a fast, unchallenging read.

I LOVED this book. If you loved the five grayson novels then you would have been waiting to really get into all the friends that were introduced in the subsequent novels and with this title ms. francis just made you feel her literary presence once again. Patrick is this amazing sexy, sensual man that is also very sensitive and so wounded and catlin is this frightened woman thinking shes doing whats best while suffering without the man she loves. You are going to love the story and fall more deeply in love with mrs. ray's work. Simply satisfying story and it makes you want to read everything she writes!!!
