A friend of mine is having a hard time signing up--she says the system won't accept her CMR (APO) address, but she is unable to get into the help since she is not yet a member.... is there an address she can write for help directly, or is the only option for me to tag team message back and forth between help and my friend?

I just logged out and checked I can see the help center when I am logged out. Are you sure she isnt getting the page with the four options Browse Help Docs, Live Help, Ask the Librarian and Contact the PBS Team? If you click directly on the help center tab thats what you will get. From there you have to pick an option.
