My husband ordered something from Toys R Us several weeks ago. He ordered several video games at a cost of $100+ so this is particularly annoying! They sent it UPS to USPS, whatever that service is called. According to the tracking it made it to the Nashville PO last Monday and we still have not received it. Toys R Us refuses to do anything except tell us to stick it out. Obviously we don't know which Nashville PO it's at, but is there any way we can call the PO and see if they can look for it, or talk to someone about it? What should we do? |

I really don't know, but I would call 1-800-ASK-USPS and see what you can find out. Good luck.... |
