I have alot of them and noticed that some of them are on wish list, but they have different   ISBN numbers, but same book.

All but one of your Nora Roberts books are super heavily posted. If there are WL editions of those books it's probably because those people really want that other edition because it's large print, hardcover or audio.  Her books are usually very heavily posted because she's so popular. Doesn't mean they won't get ordered.  But it might take some time.  When I acquire one of her books, I usually post it before I read it so it can start it's way up FIFO. 

You can see how many copies of a book are in the system already by adding it to your reminder list.
