Another great KEY News mystery from Mary Jane Clark.

Annabelle Murphy is the medical producer for a top-rated morning news program. She informs the nation on a daily basis about threats of smallpox, anthrax, plague, and other bioterrorism tactics. Then, a close colleague dies from what is believed to be anthrax. The tension builds as the news center is locked down, trapping Annabelle and the entire news team with a killer.

Terrific story with enough plot twists to keep it fresh all the way through. I love how Clark sets her stories in the broadcast journalism world... makes it seem very realistic. A great read!

The story is set inside a morning news show at KEY Televsion. There's nohwere to run when the authorities lock down the brodacast center with the identity of the killer stil unknown, neither the victims or the murderer can escape. Good story featuring a medicial producer who husband was a firefighter, who is clinically depressed about 9/11.

Funny premise- good girl who sleeps with her boss-to-be on her one and only one night stand.

I am not a fan of authors who deliberately make their books appear to be written by other well known and best selling authors. The layout of the cover as well as the way the author and title are displayed (not to mention the author's name) has been designed to deceive. That being said, the writing in this book was okay and I thought the story was interesting although I wouldn't recommend it as a must-read.
