I used to do Nutrisystem last year and I noticed that they say that the cost has changed plus they ahve other options.  I hate calling these places and they want to sign me up.

Does anyone know the cost for the new frozen foods menu? The one where you get the normal nutrisystems foods as well as frozen meals.

Also the flex menu, what is the cost of that ? 

Prices can be for men or women as hubby and I both do it.  Thanks.  Its a great program I lost alot last time and need to again.

I was able to find the prices a couple of weeks ago just by going to their website.  Of course, I don't recall them now.

If you use the Auto-ship option, the cost for the Advanced program is approximately $299 per month; the new program that includes the frozen foods is approximate $399 per month.  If you don't use Auto-ship, I believe the cost goes up by $50 per month.
