So we talked about our favorite parts. Now what turns you off? I've found quite a few men with bald heads to be very attactive. But what are they thinking with those combovers and rugs? Do they honesly look into a mirror and think that looks good? And those ugly big circle earrings that seem to be in now. The ones that stretch out the ear lobe. Yuk. Back hair-gag. DH is Italian and furry. I inspect his back routinely to make sure it's not spreading. So far so good. |

Hate a guy with bad teeth. Blech. But a real turn off for me is a stupid guy. I need mine intelligent, educated, kind, generous, tall, dark and handsome. That's not asking too much, is it? |

Honestly I cannot stand long nose hair.You know the kind that wiggles when they breath.Or bad B.O. I have to agree with a stupid guy as a turn off along with the "know -it -all" but really don't know anything guy.

Back hair. Blech... |

No chin. Definite turn off. |

'womanly' breast !.. |

Rose you are so right about the no chin thing! Makes them look weak to me for some reason. I can't stand when a guy doesn't get regular hair cuts and his neck needs to be shaved. Even if they don't want to cut their hair they can still shave their neck themselves! |

ok for me it is definately Back hair, just can't do that lol! |

Men that are too manicured. I like a clean guy - just not one that spends more time in front of the mirror, or at the mall shopping, than I do! A little facial stuble is sexy and I prefer a natural manly musk to an overabundance of cologne and aftershave.

Guys who don't have a lot of facial hair, but try the beard stubble look. It just ends up looking patchy and adolescent. Guys who blow dry thier hair and spray it into place. |

I really don't like Big Watches :-) I know I am strange, but when I see a man wearing a huge watch, I almost feel repulsed. I don't like watches at all actually. Is that weird or what? I also agree with the nose hair and back hair. My husband is Italian too and I will be making sure he keeps those both in check in the coming years :-) I'm not a fan of men in flip flops either. Another thing that irks me. Geesh, I'm picky. Last Edited on: 3/28/08 4:01 PM ET - Total times edited: 1 |

Not to stereotype Italian men but: my husband has clasic Italian looks-the olive complexion, the dark eyes and hair-he's forbidden to wear heavy gold chains and wife beater t-shirts. Or maching sweat-suits ala the Sopranos guys. I forgot about the neck hair thing too. I don't like a guy who's too groomed-too polished like a girl. But he needs to clean and groomed. Just not manicured and waxed and stuff. |

I second the bad teeth. And girl boobs. |

No sense of humor (course that means he's gotta "get" mine, LOL!) Major turnoff cuz I think they look stupid - "soul patches" I think they are called, go ahead and have a beard or a mustache, not something right in middle of chin! I'm thirding the boobs thing, especially if they are bigger than mine!

Mary, My husband is born and raised in Italy. He has only lived here since we got married and he is from the north and has dark hair, very light skin and green eyes. He wears two gold chains, both from his mom. He will never stop wearing them because he loves his mother :-). My son already has two chains and he is only two. One is from his Italian grandma and the other from his Italian great grandmother. I don't let him wear them yet. Some of the stereotypes are just too true :-) |

I second the flip flops being a turn off ,but let's go a step further...gross feet is a total turn off for me. You know, toenails too long or yellowed? yuck! Keely |

Thin lips are a turn-off for me. |

|

I agree with the too manicured look. I hate a metro-sexual guy who waxes his eyebrows. Yuck. |
|||
|
|||
I seriously question the masculinity of any man who waxes his eyebrows, but there's nothing wrong with tweezing. Another turn-off for me: The Unibrow. |

WAXED EYEBROWS!!! My jaw'd drop clear to the floor - it'd be real obvious what I was thinking. First time I saw a guy with a manicure and polished (clear) nails, I think I about had my eyeballs on top of his hands staring in dumbfoundedness. When I married my ex-husband he had a beard. A few years into our marriage, he shaved it off ... voila! a weak chin. I'm no longer married to him! (his chin should have been the first clue to a weak character!) But I'm with you all who are completely turned off by a humorless man. A great sense of humor can make any man (or woman) attractive. I think I just wrote a book. Sorry.

Major turnoff cuz I think they look stupid - "soul patches" I think they are called, go ahead and have a beard or a mustache, not something right in middle of chin! Ok - this is freaky -- I was in Costco a couple of weeks ago and there was a 50-something guy there with a soul patch - that he had died turquoise green (had matching rings)! Another man walked up to him later, also 50-something, with a cobalt blue soul patch. Both were blond. I seriously hope that's not a trend. |

Back hair, nose hair, highly maintained head hair ( don't like a prissy guy ), bad breath, earrings, necklaces on a guy, huge rings on a guy...I guess the stereotypical 70's swinger look is what I'm saying. Yuk. Sherri |

Beer belly. |

Metro-sexual. I was trying desperately to think of that word when I made my 2nd post earlier. It would not come to me. |
