Thank you all for your thoughts and prayers, we just found out that it was just a bad tooth. She just had a dental cleaning done so I'm not sure why it wasn't found then but am sooo grateful that it wasn't cancer (from the way they were talking last night it was like they were sure it was cancer). We had a German Shepherd that died from cancer in her mouth in the exact same spot so I was preparing for the worst. She also had a problem with her anal glands and some warts that were on her head that they took care of also so it is much better that it was all done at the same time.

Sorry if I'm rambling but I am soooo relieved.

Cyndi - I'm so relieved that it turned out to be something like that!  I'm sorry your dog is hurting, but yay for no cancer!!

I just lost my cat last week so I know how devastating it is to lose a pet. 

Michelle, I am so sorry to hear about your cat, it's like losing a family member.
